Haleon Pakistan to Appoint Qawi Naseer As New CEO

Haleon Pakistan Limited (PSX: HALEON) has appointed Qawi Naseer as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The current Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Farhan Muhammad Haroon, will be transferred to Haleon South Africa as General Manager, effective June 1, 2025.

The company’s Board of Directors has formally approved the transition. Farhan Muhammad Haroon will remain as CEO and Executive Director of Haleon Pakistan until May 31, 2025.

Qawi Naseer will join Haleon as CEO on April 28, 2025, and will formally assume the role of CEO and Executive Director on June 1, 2025. An announcement regarding the change in designation will be made in accordance with the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) requirements.

“Naseer is a dynamic and accomplished business leader with a track record of driving transformative growth and innovation in the consumer goods industry. The Board of Directors welcomes Mr. Naseer to the company,” the filing stated.
